I’m here for all the mamas and papas out there looking to transform their health and lifestyle with a little bit of science! By uncovering the science and physiological (body system) processes of the body, we can explore together what drives our disease processes and how we can prevent them by using what God has given to us: nature, plants, animals, and soil! With a little bit of soul, this content will give you a fresh perspective on sustainable living for the busy family.

How it began:

As a mother of two, I often came home from my ER night shifts as a nurse feeling plagued with aggravation, anger, anxiety, and agitation. Until I hit rock bottom; I became so burned out that my metabolism stopped functioning! Night shift, the cumulative trauma of the ER, and daily home life led me into a pre-diabetic state. And I know I’m not the first to experience this. Which is why we’re here. How do we sustainably live with work stress, sports/playdates, healthy parenting, continue to prioritize prayer, eat healthy, have a thriving marriage, -AND- keep our sanity when we are running on empty? We just can’t; we cannot do it all! But, we can make small changes to manage it. I’m here to educate about these small changes and things we need to be looking for early on before the aging process begins! A large part of transforming health can be looked through the lens of a root-cause analysis with simple and effective dietary and exercise changes. Through my own experience and research, I’m here to share the tools I have used to reverse disease processes.
